Outstanding TV Stand

I’m so pleased with functionality and aesthetics of the Jalg TV stand. I have been looking for some time for a pleasing way to display my TV and finally found it.It came a long way to reach my home, but timing and updates were exceptional. Highly recommend the quality and customer service.

Perfect

Easy to put together and excellent quality. I’d absolutely recommend. Only issue I had and it’s nothing to do with the product but the import tax to uk makes it more expensive.

Great tv stand BUT

The product is amazing, but the customer service is really bad. I payed extra for express delivery (2-3 days) but the product was delivered after 8 days!! And when I reached out to the customer service to ask for a refund of the shipping fee I didn’t get any response.

The stand looks great, but it is not easy to move it around as the construction does not allow for it

Had to use own parts to make work

Looks great but bad customer support. Had to use the M6 adaptors which ended up being too long and pushing our TV off the shelf. Customer service rudely was no help. Ended up going to Bricomarche and buying our own threaded M6 rod and wingnuts. Cut the rod with an angle grinder to the correct size and use the wingnuts to hold it. And now it works. Doesn't look as good as it should but the alternative was an expensive return. Definitely not as good an experience as it should have been. And need better customer support. Even better would be including a threaded M6 rod as well as M6 wingnuts instead of an adaptor.

Average Quality

Average quality. Terrible service especially when I was later advised I needed to purchase the speaker brackets separately. Brackets were also delivered without screws/bolts to attach to stand. For the price 370€ plus 29€ for the brackets, I would expect more and higher quality.

M8 Threaded Rod is not long enough

Shipment and mounting really good, but the M8 Threaded Rods are not long enough. The M6 adapters do not help since they don't bridge the distance to the screw entrance of my (new) Samsung 55'. Could you sent me 2 longer M8 Threaded Rods a.s.a.p.?
