This Cookie Policy explains how Esthete OÜ, trading as JALG TV Stands ("JALG", "we", "us" or "our"), uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit jalg.me and use our online store and related services (the "Website").

8. YouTube and other functional scripts
Some pages may include YouTube videos. When YouTube content is permitted and/or used, YouTube may set identifiers such as YSC, VISITOR_INFO1_LIVE, VISITOR_PRIVACY_METADATA, __Secure-YNID and __Secure-ROLLOUT_TOKEN. Where these technologies are non-essential, they remain blocked until the relevant consent has been given.
Our Website also uses scripts associated with Shopify and applications such as Outvio, BSS Commerce, Judge.me, XO Gallery and Instagram-feed functionality. The presence of a JavaScript file in a tracker scan does not necessarily mean that the script tracks visitors or stores personal data. Where a script stores or accesses information for a non-essential purpose, it is subject to the relevant consent category.
9. Stape and server-side measurement
JALG uses Stape in connection with tag-management and server-side measurement infrastructure. Server-side measurement may transmit analytics or advertising events from JALG's infrastructure to relevant service providers.
Server-side technology does not remove the requirement for consent. Where the underlying analytics or marketing activity requires consent, associated server-side measurement is used only in accordance with the visitor's consent choice.
10. Third-party access and international processing
Depending on your consent choices, third-party providers may receive information such as IP address, browser and device information, pseudonymous identifiers, pages or products viewed, referral source, advertising identifiers, Website interactions, conversion data and purchase-related events.
Some providers may process information under their own privacy terms where they act as independent controllers.
Some providers operate outside Estonia or the European Economic Area. Where cookie-related information constitutes personal data and is transferred internationally, applicable safeguards are used as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Consent records and withdrawal
We may retain information needed to record and demonstrate your privacy choices, including your consent status, categories accepted or rejected, date and time of the choice and technical identifiers needed to associate the preference with your browser or device.
You may change or withdraw consent at any time through the Cookie Preferences control on the Website. Withdrawal applies to future processing and does not affect processing lawfully carried out before consent was withdrawn.
12. Browser controls
Most browsers allow you to view, delete or block cookies. Browser settings operate separately from the JALG Cookie Preferences interface. Blocking all cookies may prevent essential Website functions such as the cart, account or checkout from working correctly.
13. Legal basis
Under European privacy rules, storing information on or accessing information from a visitor's device through non-essential cookies or similar technologies generally requires consent.
Strictly necessary technologies may be used without cookie consent where they are genuinely required to provide the Website or a service specifically requested by the visitor.

14. Keeping this Policy up to date
The technologies used by an ecommerce Website can change when Shopify, JALG or third-party applications are updated. We therefore periodically review our cookies and similar technologies and update this Policy where appropriate.
The presence of a technology in a technical scan does not necessarily mean that it is active for every visitor.
