By purchasing goods through our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Products

Our products are described through text and images on our website. While we strive for accuracy in all product descriptions and images, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor will display colors exactly as intended.

Product Prices

EU orders include VAT with no additional customs fees.

Non-EU orders are shown without VAT; import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are not included and are collected upon delivery.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Ordering Process

A contract of sale is formed only when you complete the purchase process and receive a confirmation email from us. Please check your order confirmation for accuracy and inform us immediately of any errors.

We reserve the right to:

Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Limit quantities purchased per person, household, or order.
Cancel orders we deem fraudulent or related to illegal activity.

Consumer Sales

These terms apply to consumer sales only. If you are purchasing as a business, please inform us before ordering.

Shipping

Products are shipped from Estonia via FedEx International Connect Plus or DPD.

Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout but cannot be guaranteed. If you fail to accept delivery and this results in additional costs, we may pass these costs on to you.

Ownership and Inspection

You become the legal owner of the goods once they are delivered. We recommend examining products upon receipt.

Your Right to Cancel (EU Regulations)

Under EU distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. For non-faulty returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs. For incorrect or faulty items, we will cover return shipping.

Prohibited Behavior

The following actions are prohibited:

Leaving negative reviews to force additional items not agreed upon in the original transaction.
Leaving negative reviews to force unwarranted refunds.

These terms are governed by EU law. Any dispute arising from purchases on this site will be subject to EU jurisdiction.
