Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

In accordance with EU distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To exercise this right, please submit your withdrawal in our Returns Portal.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Items must be returned within 14 days after notifying us.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the returned goods.
  • Original shipping fees and return fees are not refunded (unless required by law).
  • Discounted items are non-refundable.

Refund processing times:

  • Credit Card: within 7 business days after approval
  • PayPal: within 24 hours after approval

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive defective or damaged goods:

  • We will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Please contact us promptly with details and evidence (e.g., photos).

For non-faulty returns:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
