Politique d’expédition
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within [1–3 business days] after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Method
All items are shipped via FedEx International Connect Plus or DPD using standard door-to-door courier service.
- Shipment tracking is included
- A tracking number and link will be provided once your parcel has been shipped
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active
3. Delivery Times
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
- EU: 4–7 working days
- Non-EU: 4–7 working days
- Overseas: 4–7 working days
Delivery times are estimates only and are based on information provided by third-party carriers.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on:
- Destination
- Customs clearance procedures
- Carrier-related delays
4. Delivery Process
Deliveries are made by courier during working hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
If delivery is unsuccessful:
- After the first failed attempt, the parcel may be delivered to the nearest Access Point (if available)
- You will receive a notification with pickup instructions
- If no Access Point is available, the courier will attempt delivery up to two additional times
- If delivery cannot be completed, the parcel may be returned to our warehouse
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to:
- Import taxes
- Customs duties
- Additional fees imposed by the destination country
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Legal Responsibility and Delivery Obligations
Delivery dates are indicative and not guaranteed. However, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU:
- We remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered into your physical possession
- If your order is lost or damaged in transit, we will assist in resolving the issue
- If delivery is significantly delayed, you are entitled to contact us for a solution
If we fail to deliver:
- within the agreed new timeframe, or
- within 30 days (if no timeframe was agreed),
You have the right to:
- request a new delivery date, or
- cancel your order and receive a full refund
7. Delays
Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:
- Customs processing
- Carrier disruptions
- Weather conditions
- Peak seasonal demand
If your delivery is delayed, please contact us at cs@jalg.me, and we will investigate and assist.
8. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
If a shipment is returned due to:
- incorrect or incomplete address
- failure to collect
- refusal of delivery
We reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees for redelivery.
Returns & Refunds Policy
9. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
In accordance with EU distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (e.g., email) within this period.
10. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Items must be returned within 14 days after notifying us
11. Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the returned goods
- Original shipping fees and return fees are not refunded (unless required by law)
- Discounted items are non-refundable
Refund Processing Times:
- Credit Card: within 7 business days after approval
- PayPal: within 24 hours after approval
12. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive defective or damaged goods:
- We will cover the return shipping costs
- Please contact us promptly with details and evidence (e.g., photos)
For non-faulty returns:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
