The assembly video could have been better !

Good design but difficult to move and poor customer service. No information or support with customs tax, which significantly impacts final price. Generally overpriced, would go with Pedestal or other competitors next time.

Easy to assemble and sturdy for 55” tv. Love how it looks even in my tiny livingroom. Gives spaceous feeling with those lovely wooden legs.

I had a 55" LG OLED TV on this stand and it's EXTREMELY flimsy and would crush a toddler if they bumped into it. The front and back feet are ridiculously close together making the whole thing very unstable. The TV support shelf protrudes beyond the front of the TV which looks terrible.

I’m so pleased with functionality and aesthetics of the Jalg TV stand.
I have been looking for some time for a pleasing way to display my TV and finally found it.It came a long way to reach my home, but timing and updates were exceptional.
Highly recommend the quality and customer service.

Easy to put together and excellent quality. I’d absolutely recommend. Only issue I had and it’s nothing to do with the product but the import tax to uk makes it more expensive.

The product is amazing, but the customer service is really bad. I payed extra for express delivery (2-3 days) but the product was delivered after 8 days!! And when I reached out to the customer service to ask for a refund of the shipping fee I didn’t get any response.

It is What I was looking for for my tv stand.

The stand looks great, but it is not easy to move it around as the construction does not allow for it

I love the design which is so pure and efficient.
The quality of the material used is excellent and it really easy to build.

Looks great but bad customer support. Had to use the M6 adaptors which ended up being too long and pushing our TV off the shelf. Customer service rudely was no help. Ended up going to Bricomarche and buying our own threaded M6 rod and wingnuts. Cut the rod with an angle grinder to the correct size and use the wingnuts to hold it. And now it works. Doesn't look as good as it should but the alternative was an expensive return. Definitely not as good an experience as it should have been. And need better customer support. Even better would be including a threaded M6 rod as well as M6 wingnuts instead of an adaptor.

The product itself is good enough. However, there is no customer service. I reached out three times without any response.

Average quality. Terrible service especially when I was later advised I needed to purchase the speaker brackets separately. Brackets were also delivered without screws/bolts to attach to stand. For the price 370€ plus 29€ for the brackets, I would expect more and higher quality.

Great shipping info, easy (2 person) assembly.
Has anyone else noticed a difference in sound from the tv? It’s somehow more muffled, muted. We don’t have a sound bar

Shipment and mounting really good, but the M8 Threaded Rods are not long enough. The M6 adapters do not help since they don't bridge the distance to the screw entrance of my (new) Samsung 55'.
Could you sent me 2 longer M8 Threaded Rods a.s.a.p.?

We are very happy with the piece that looks really really nice. From the order to fixing our TV on it every thing was perfect.

Love it. Looks great in our space. 50” tv sits steady & is pretty easy to move. Assembly was quick & easy with a helper. Shipping quicker than expected. In short, we’re totally satisfied with the purchase.

I love the design when I got it, setting it up was quick easy. My concerns:
The sound bar space is not well designed to keep stable (why not rubber or something to avoid metal only contact that may the bar slips; also the same with the 4 legs, I think it needs 4 rubber pieces to keep the stable, not only 2.
There are small details but important if you want it to lasts, as it is a quite high price product.
