METAL Shelving Plate for TV Stand

TV stand and speaker shelf are very high quality and well designed. I had a major issue with delivery as the shelf was missing from the shipment and delayed several days at customs. It was impossible to contact customer service to report the missing item and incorrect price charged. Finally a month later I got a response and then a run-around to resend the missing shelf. Also, the pricing information is wrong on the website. The price is the same whether buying in EU or UK on the website (when EU VAT should not be charged for UK). I had to pay an extra £120 when the shipment arrived in the UK. Overall poor customer experience. Other than that enjoying the TV, but unsure it was worth the hassle and roughly £700 for the set-up.

A very stylish cool solid made TV stand, put together in 10 minutes with everything needed delivered inside the box, strong hardware and a great and enough choice of colors for this unique stand and the price you pay and so did i is worth every cent!

The installation of the TV on the stand was pretty much hard and unintuitive. I had to uninstall and reinstall it many times until I figured out the proper position and distance which properly stabilizes and aligns the screen on the stand. The instruction manual is vast, leaving a good amount of guesswork - that could be improved.

Fits playstation and is inconspicuous. Very happy.

I like the minimal look of the stand. My only complaints/thoughtful suggestions: create an extension for the soundbar mount (I have a Sonos that is too long at the current stand height), and display better photos of the light wood color options (thought I ordered the lightest but the photo was slightly off). Overall, happy with the purchase though!

As a first time buyer, I've had my eye on this stylish TV stand for months before I moved into my new home, it was one of the first things I bought. I didn't have to wait too long for it to arrive, and it was easy to assemble, and all the parts seem to be of high quality materials, however, I was slightly disapointed, as the back of the stand did not have the brand name "JALG" engraved on the back. Along with the overall design, these are some of the fine details that attracted me to the TV stand in the first place. I was slightly dissapointed.
