JALG Affiliate Program: Terms and Conditions

These terms apply between Esthete OÜ, registry code 10930496, Telliskivi tn 57/1, 10412 Tallinn, Estonia ("JALG", "we") and you as an affiliate ("you"). By applying to or taking part in the JALG Affiliate Program ("the Program"), you accept these terms.
1. Who can join
1.1 The Program is open to individuals aged 18 or over and to companies.
1.2 Your application must include at least one active website or social media account where you publish original content. Applications without one are not approved.
1.3 We review every application and may approve or decline it at our discretion. We may ask for more information before deciding.
1.4 We do not approve coupon, voucher, cashback or deal sites, or sites with content that is illegal, hateful, violent or sexually explicit.
1.5 JALG employees and their households may not join.
2. Links, codes and tracking
2.1 After approval you receive a personal affiliate link. You may also create links to specific products or collections.
2.2 You may be given a personal discount code. You may only promote a code that JALG has assigned to you.
2.3 A referral is tracked for 90 days from the click on your link or the use of your code. If the customer clicks another affiliate's link later, the last click counts.
2.4 If a customer uses both your link and your code, you earn one commission.
2.5 Discount codes cannot be combined with other JALG discounts or sitewide sales. During a sale, your link still earns commission.
2.6 Tracking depends on cookies. If a customer blocks or clears cookies, we may not be able to credit the sale.
3. Commission
3.1 You earn 10% of the order value of each referred order, excluding VAT, shipping, and any discounts.
3.2 Orders you place yourself, through your own link or code, do not earn commission.
3.3 Commission is approved 30 days after delivery, once the return period has passed. Returned, refunded or charged-back orders earn no commission. A partial refund reduces the commission proportionally.
3.4 Orders from trade, project or wholesale customers who buy on separately agreed terms do not earn commission.
3.5 We may review any referral and decline commission on orders that break these terms.
4. Payment
4.1 Approved commission is paid monthly when your approved balance is at least €50. A lower balance carries over to the next month.
4.2 Payment is made by PayPal or bank transfer to the details in your affiliate dashboard. You are responsible for keeping them correct.
4.3 You are responsible for declaring and paying any taxes on your commission. Companies may be asked for an invoice and VAT number.
5. How you may promote JALG
5.1 Be honest. Only make claims about JALG products that are stated on jalg.me.
5.2 Clearly disclose that you earn commission, for example with #ad or "affiliate link", as required by the law and platform rules in your country.
5.3 Do not bid on "JALG" or similar terms in Google Ads or other search ads, and do not use "JALG" in a domain name or account name, without our written permission.
5.4 Do not post your code on coupon, voucher or deal sites, and do not send unsolicited messages (spam).
5.5 Do not pretend to be JALG or an official JALG store, and do not write fake reviews.
5.6 You may use the photos, logos and banners we provide in your dashboard, only to promote JALG and without changing them. Your own photos of JALG products are welcome.
5.7 With your permission and credit to you, JALG may share content you create about JALG on its own channels.
6. Product seeding
We may send selected affiliates a product to use and feature. The terms of each seeding, including any content we agree on, are confirmed in writing beforehand. A seeded product is not payment for a positive review.
7. Inactive accounts
7.1 An account with no approved referral sale in 12 months may be deactivated.
7.2 We will email you at least 30 days before deactivation. A sale within that period keeps the account active.
7.3 Any approved commission is paid out with the final payment, regardless of the minimum in 4.1.
8. Ending the agreement
8.1 You may leave the Program at any time by emailing affiliates@jalg.me.
8.2 We may end your participation with 14 days' notice, or immediately if you break these terms.
8.3 If your participation ends because you broke these terms, commission from the breaking activity is not paid.
9. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. We will email you at least 14 days before a change takes effect. If you continue in the Program after that, you accept the new terms.
10. General
10.1 You take part as an independent partner, not as an employee or agent of JALG. The Program is not exclusive.
10.2 JALG is not liable for lost earnings caused by tracking failures, technical problems or changes to the Program, except where the law does not allow this limitation.
10.3 The Program runs on UpPromote, which processes your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy on the registration page.
10.4 These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia.
